What I have been thinking was that in the case that we are dealing with a customer who is being abusive, taking advantage of us, threatening us, and lying on our forum and others, it might be useful to reveal what they're doing by publishing their emails and our responses, etc. But I don't think it's really useful to do that with anyone who we might think is crazy. The idea originally was just to show you guys some of what we deal with behind the scenes. I'm of a mind that it's not really worth it.
