did you have this much anger and intense emotions prior to starting this sub? or are you feeling this way because ofnwhat the subs are bringing out?

Yeah I did. It was largely unconscious though. I was aware that there was a lot of pain inside but I wasnt 'feeling' it. This sub is bringing those feelings out definately
