Procrastination is a challenging one to deal with. It's usually based in a combination of fear and stubbornness. I had to deal with it a lot when I was younger. What killed it for me was learning how to transform my stubbornness into strong will directed to my own best interests, and overcoming the fears that triggered the resistance that was being expressed as procrastination.
