You're a listener to my boy Alan Roger Currie! You mentioned it in the RSD thread in the chatter box. I love that dude! MOOOOOOOOOOOODE ONE!!!!
On topic though, you having an opinion about the stuff here technically isn't bannable unless you were spouting a bunch of ISIS propaganda in which case...yeah you'd probably be banned lol. The thing is though on THIS particular forum (can't speak for others) whenever you repeatedly lodge personal attacks/harsh subjective criticisms it's going to make the moderators consider reaching for the banhammer. Benjamin himself has been apart of some forums where the banhammer was swung with reckless abandon so he's very lenient and doesn't like reaching for it in the vast majority of cases.
I know Alan is real big on peeps being their real authentic self and communicating in a straightforward manner so if your writing style and the way you respond to people is what you've displayed then I'm NOT going to tell you to change. I AM going to say that in all likelihood your real authentic self probably won't last here. You can chalk that up to whatever you believe (favoritism, haters, combination of the two, etc.). I know you CAN talk to people because in the overwhelming majority of the discussions between you and I we've never insulted each other.
I saw some of the forums where Alan was banned from. What i saw (again I didn't see everything, this is just my personal observation from the instances i remember) Alan presented his point, didn't hurl personal attacks or subjective criticisms (at first lol) and the individuals in particular came at HIM with personal attacks which prompted the argument/heated debate. You seem to be following a similar trend here although in some cases particularly in the "Am6 didn't work" thread it could be argued that you instigated some of the situations by insulting the vast majority of forum populace and the creator.
Your beliefs and opinions are what they are and in some cases here I can understand your response and will even admit that I myself am NOT perfect, WILL probably in the future say stuff that may not be "politically correct" or "nice", or whatever, and probably hurl subjective criticisms at others during a disagreement or debate. Sometimes (not every time and not all the time) though man, you just have to agree to disagree and move on.
I treat people how they treat me. If people are nice to me I'm nice to them, if they're rude to me then I'm rude to them.
