My uncle recently showed me a YouTube video that was essentially this in his attempt to "prove" to me Obama was/is pro-Muslim. The above is the kind of nonsense of weak-minded people that educated people have to deal with on a regular basis and are persecuted for not buying into.
Yes, conspiracies exist but they're not even close to the ones people proclaim they are, and we shouldn't attribute to malice what can be attributed instead to ignorance or greed.
