and it was a lightbulb moment when I read... " the fear did me harm; the fear of being humiliated. My coat of armor was to act tough and insist that I think for myself (so nobody’s going to tell me what to do)."
That's the epitome of overcompensation, which I did a TON in the past. I do it a lot less now, but I'm still confused as to who I truly am. Tomorrow is my LAST day of AM6, and I'm gonna just start OF 1.1 right after. Can't be that bad to have no break right? Or is it? Ben/Shannon, or anyone wanna chime in?
