AM6 is MUCH smoother because of the Naturaliser and Slipstream in particular. It's SUPPOSED to be smooth, that's the point.
Going backward to an older 4G program because it's "harder" doesn't make sense. Plus, you've gone through AM5 (a complete run, I assume?) and now AM6 when this one run is done, so that first AM5 run's effects won't happen anymore as there's been a lot of changes happen so it will be nowhere near as jarring. No such thing as "no pain, no gain" with Shannon's subs. There's no correlation.
Stick to running AM6. When that's burned in enough after a couple runs, then try SM3 again or WM2 or whatever else if you wish.
