The difference in running stage 7 versus the entire program is growth.
Generally, unless you've ran a program at least 3 times, it's MUCH better to redo the entire program. After that, you can use stage 7 to continue to burn in and maintain the program if desired although by that point you probably won't need to as it should be self-generating.
It's almost always better to redo the program until that point. Run the program 3 times THEN consider stage 7.
