You can accept the instructions and execute them - as the program is encouraging you to do - or you can resist. Either way, it is your choice. I cannot force you to act, accept the sub script, do things. If I could, I'd be the most powerful man in the world. And the richest!
What I can do is present a set of instructions to your subconscious in a way that makes it as easy and desirable as possible to execute it, and then make those instructions effective steps to achieving the change. How much you get in your own way, well, that's another matter entirely.
