At this point, I wish I redid AM6 or applied to BAMM 2.0 and not bothered with trying to fix my problems with women. I knew SM3 would have it's work cut out for it to "fix" me, but I saw others in my exact shoes or worse that got great success so I felt confident enough to go for it and do 600 hours per stage to really help it work. So far, it's been 100% fruitless and has actually caused me regressions as I've mentioned.
Hey CatMan. Just a thought here: You mentioned several times that escalating sexually is one thing that has not clicked for you as you wished to the point that you'd run SM (even with AM as a prerequisite) to fix it. And this was a last resort kinda decision. Since AM worked great for you, you hold the same point of view as realistic for SM. But as sexual escalation is your Achilles' heel it may require you more than one run through of SM to get you ready. No matter how many hours you stem, six months are only six months, but change may require simply more sink-in time since this is a weak spot for you.
