I say this because i've been the same, thinking I haven't changed much until other guys here have told me they notice i've changed alot.
I know, right? Maybe Shannon could put that in the subs.
I feel like not much has changed since doing OF, but the videos I make of myself every 30 days and testimonies from the people around me don't lie!
