Had to edit the mention of Shannon's competitor as per the forum rules.
Anyway, the POTSE programs don't count towards the amount of programs you can listen to but Natious is correct that you can only use one 5g program at a time, so if you're using ASC then you will want to use that by itself. Shannon says that for a reason because if you use too many you most likely won't see results either way as your focus is split up too much.
