I actually have had that in mind for a while as part of a very advanced program design, but have yet to find a good solution for certain aspects of the design.
How about we try to do one program like this as a prototype. Post your choice for which one on a non-journal thread in the appropriate section, and we'll take a vote. Then I'll remind you that it can't be a multi-stage set, for the prototype.
