I will take this fake individual as example:
2/02/1968, 10:00pm, Paris.
He is ascendant Aries, Moon Pisces, Sun aquarius( Sign found in the newspaper).
I take this same individual but born 2 hours later:
2/02/1968, 12:00pm, Paris.
He is ascendant Taurus, Moon Pisces, Sun aquarius( Sign found in the newspaper). The ascendant is considered as the most important sign in Vedic astrology (it changes every 2 hours). Of course there is a lot more than has change within this 2 hours. Just look at the 2 different chart here:
