I keep an extremely detailed offline version of my journal. I document everything everyday in it only, for personal/privacy purposes. Then, I distill the info into what may be of value to others, and post it in my journal on the forum. That way it's more private.
You may find doing that may be a better fit for you. Allows you privacy and to not get diagnosed constantly by others.
You've chosen well. EPHRA has a wonderful reputation, it takes time to chisel away at stuff we've held onto for many years. I have it in my AM6 program, and it's done well for me so far.
