Come to the end of stage 2 now and I can comprise a list of things that improved for me during this time.
- More self aware and self motivated
- Much more in tune with my expectations
- Understand people's strengths and liabilities
- Refuse to listen to BS
- Stand up for myself a lot more
- Urge to get up and do things for myself
- More confidant socially and mentally
Things that have gone away during this time are:
- No more picturing things going bad
- No more negative attitude
- No more bad self talk
- No more focusing on family invfighting
- Way more social
- No longer pander after women
- No longer care what people think or say about me
As you can see this is a huge improvement so far. I am now beginning stage 3 and cannot wait to report the changes I will no doubt see along the next month.
Buckle up guys. It's going to be a hell of a ride
