You can improve your destiny but totally change it: it may take time and not everyone might be able to do it.
I didn't discover any people yet who are not influenced by their birth chart and at this point it's not that easy to check how you have improved in a birth chart. I need to study more. What I do is too basic to go that deep.
And If I would be able to do it then it would take a lot of time and money.
Life is the result of karma + will. Most be people are in automatic mode which is karma only.
