I'm not against Shannon way but with that kind of money you can call a real hypnotherapist and make yourself and your wife multi-orgasmic people. Just in a day, plus you will able to know where the problem come from for sure. But even then it might not succeed if your wife doesn't want to submit to your love/sex. As Shannon seems to be mentioning you can't force strong willed people (it's called free will). Some woman don't want to lose control so they never fully surrender so they can't experience "real powerful orgasm". I'm not saying it's your case but we never know.
