I think you are right in believing manifestation subs are your way forward. The Aura of Sexiness sounds good but even if women do find you really sexy they're unlikely to act on it. How many women have you seen and thought how sexy or hot they are and done nothing about it? If women find you hot they're more likely to discuss it in private with their friends than make any obvious or overt response to you. BIATBW on the other hand should give a response by women because now you are Irresistibly attractive.
I think DAOS would be more effective once you're in a relationship to get the sex thing going.
