In the meantime I have just checked, you are ascendant Scorpio with your new birth time. So my first horoscope was "true".
I will check later if it doesn't change any other things. Your birth time will only change your ascendant so all the other planet will stay in the same sign. Except the moon who change sign every 2 days (but it's not your case).
