Day 8
Today is going okay so far. I went to work and everybody who heard about the money situation thought it was just awful. I on the other hand didn't think it was that bad. As a matter of fact when I think about everything nothing happens, no stress, no worry, no nothing. It's kind of strange because a part of me is still trying to find a reason to stress out about it. It that makes sense. I just feel like it could be worse and that I can over come it. Damn you positive thinking
I used to think that positive thinking was a bad thing but now I see it's uses. Maybe it was because the people who I know that use positive thinking use it as an excuse to not take any action in life. Just tell yourself that you will win the lottery and use some positive thinking with it is just an example.
It's that time of the month for me and the cramps are letting up a little bit. Still having mood swings but I'm recovering from them kind of quick.
I have decided to read How To Win Friends and Influence People by Dale Carnegie. Well listen to it on youtube.
I find that I want to eat healthy and exercise. I'm still procrastinating on it and a lot of things however I feel like that's going to change the more I listen.
