Yes I've seen that. My personal experience flies in the face of whatever he's claiming, and you gotta go with your own truth man, not someone else's. It's all good to take advice and "learn from the best/other people's mistakes" but in the end, we're all individuals, and we're all different.
Just be careful not to have your personal experience become what is talked about in the video. IME it really sneaks up on you, once your natural dopamine system starts to get screwed up, you really notice it.
I've personally noticed that too. But I researched "Dopamine Recovery". Turns out dark chocolate is a good one, as is squid oil. Now I don't have squid oil, but I DO make a "Happy Drink" comprised of Dark Chocolate (99%!) and Matcha tea every morning.
I know there's validity to what he's saying, but I refuse to be controlled by it. "Happy Drinks", exercise, and Cialis for me
I mean, it's like people saying "Spend less and you'll have more money!" Bullsh*t man, How about "Make MORE and you'll have more money"? I would rather meet the demand then be turned away by it.
