tbh I have no real desire to go back to porn. its very easy not to watch it.
originally I stopped watching porn because I thought it would fix my motivation issues and I have noticed since stopping porn I have become extremely interested in sport again (used to like sport before porn but went off it when I started watching porn)
I don't do nofap but I try to limit myself to once a week because I feel fatigued if I do it too often.
tbh sarge I think people should do whatever the fuck they wanna do if you like porn why not watch porn? I am not anti porn I am just simply happy and perfectly comfortable without it.
