Hmm feel very calm and content. But I am worried because i feel like i dont need anything in life anymore, like I am complete, havent approached a women since 3-4 days...

I am dating a girl, she seems to be special its weirde cause we still didnt had sex. But I dont push her I enjoy talking with her about everything lol =D...

I feel no jealousy at all I helped a good buddy of me to come together with my ex. =D

I feel somekind of spiritually enlighted.

PS: I wonder why there is a Refresher Stage, I mean when I am done i could listen through all 6 stages once a day? Or not ?
