My procrastination is also pretty strong lately, I find it so resistant to get started doing any work everyday, I gotta psyche myself up with some strong motivational self-talk before I can jump in front of my computer and do any work.
Just like in the gym, right before attempting to squat a really heavy ass weight, my mind is going like "oh man! that looks really heavy, this is gonna be hard and painful... this is bad!.. noo! why do I have to go through this.. f@#K!", and a whole bunch of other demotivating thoughts running through my mind, then I have to counter it with words like "C'mon! C'mon!! I can do this! This is easy!! This is nothing! Yeah!! I got this under control! Let's do it!!" and then add some visualization of lifting the weight easily.. only then I would get under the weight to attempt the lift.. lol!
I think this sub would need to be added with Overcome Procrastination / Ultra Motivation, and OGSF...
