Being too busy doing what needs to be done to go screw is a good thing. It's a sure sign (to her) that you're a very high value man, who isn't desperate, and whom she can neither manipulate nor control. It makes them want you... more.

Telling a woman no is the best thing you can do to make her want you more for whatever you turned her down for. Especially sex! Of course it has to be done in the right way, and you cannot do it every time or she'll get discouraged and give up. But, you have the option of saying, "I'm busy with ___ right now, but tell you what. If you want to get together, I'm free on ___ day at __ time. Meet me at ___ if you're interested."

Then go about doing whatever as if you've completely forgotten she was interested and you could not care less. If she's interested, she'll show up and it's all good. If not, she wasn't really interested, and she's not wasting your time, and it's still all good.
