Personally, I think you need to un-learn a lot of the PUA stuff to be successful with women these days. They know what's being taught and they spot it a mile away. Guard up, shields up.
You don't want to do stuff while she's working. That's not the appropriate time or place, and you're going to put her in a bad position because she now has a threat to her job, and you're doing all this in public. Very bad for her reputation, especially if she's taken, because it's a good bet that even if she wants to be with you, someone else will see and report back to boyfriend.
I know a lot of women who I see where they work who are attracted to me, but they're taken. Some of them I am attracted to also, and in a few cases, I would not mind it if something happened. But taken aside, she has a lot of things to think about that you're not considering when you do stuff like that. You're making life harder for her. That's not how you get in a woman's pants.
Naturally, it will depend on various things I cannot see as to specific circumstances that will adjust what I'm saying... but if you want her, get her outside of work and in a place where she's not so at-risk. And instead of going straight for the kill, consider that different women require different approaches. One woman may blow you out if you do an immediate approach, and another may blow you out if you don't. That's why I learned body language, personality reading, face reading, voice reading, body type reading, etc. etc. You have to know what is appropriate, and when. Making her at risk for losing her job or her relationship or reputation just because you want to fuck isn't going to win points with any woman worth being with in any capacity. Be considerate of her as well.
