Shannon : Ah okok , instruction says use it everyday .. but i dont think its that powerful enough i end up in an altered state. ima start entrainning back to beta for 10 minutes after i start doing 1 hour sessions .

Wow.... so scary i had to just stop sleeping and open all my lights and come to type this out =_=....

I pretty much just had a scary ass nightmare i havnt had one like this for about 4 months that actually effects me after i woke up.

i did run the brainwave entrainning and follow up right after with SM3 on reply then went straight to bed but im pretty sure thats not what caused the nightmare???

Wow im feeling so scared right at the moment its crazy...

here it is...

As i recall. i think i did something wrong so i was punished to going to die. i cant recall what i did wrong. all i can remember was someone , bigger then average person, just appeared and told me...
next them i know i was like teleported to this place. through some kinda elevator instantly. The place has a bunch of people there i recalled them wearing blue greyish clothes. next thing i realized is that soon everyone here gets kills either by getting stabbed in heart or killed with pill. i think it happens every certain amount of time.

the scary thing about it is , its more of a spirit type of dream . not like a jail u see on TV and where the shot to kill people and its done...
i met one guy. said he wasnt gonna die until he shot some bullets. i saw he hide a gun...
next thing i know i think we were called to "gather up" . some how i end up obtaining his gun.

i was walking down a hallway on my way to whatever i was suppose to go.
i saw guard... i hide the gun in a recycling bin.. guard looked at me afterwards
i pretend to vomit and walk back and literally vomit in the recycling bin.

heres where even SM3 can kick in ur nightmare .. seriously wtf lol
next thing i know guard said wait i gotta ask u something , "u havnt ate last 5 days , how come..."
then next thing i see is 3 girls... they arent ordinary girls... its like they are witches or some kinda who knows what... fox girls that lures people to attract to their beauty and then devour them.

then i saw one of their bare butt showing. next thing i saw was the guard completely forgot about me and was onto two of the girls. next thing i know i was slapping and grabbing the third girls butt =_=. Felt like things got hot ofr a second but there was no kissing or touching anywhere else. then me and her were in a room alone. somehow we chatted. i think was to take me off guard. i asked her how she gonna escape her death ( its weird i dont recall asking anything but it was more of a i just know what i asked base on what the situation has happened). she told me she got a flight to X place already. thats it for chatting i think

i think i knew what she was so i distant myself but i was so tempted . so i think i asked her " would u _______ me if we _______" i think is eat and sex. but i dont recall saying those words might be other words. she either hinted no non verbally or said it.
i got close for one second she fuckin turns into some... what knows what ... a witch with a face u shit ur pants and my gosh her nails turns instantly into like 50 cm long and black and it like stabbed my thigh . good thing i was far enough so i only got stabbed once.

so right after this... instantly i was then gone from her.
then instantly i only saw fuckin grass..
you guys know when on TV when someone is getting chase in the wild they are running and u can only see the plants and grass they are running through?
i was talking to my mom and thats the only thing i can see
me saying "hmmm mom i should go to X place too, thats a good idea" . mom , mom ?
while saying these i just saw flashes of plants and grass
then something killed me ... wtf?
didnt even see what it was thank goodness...
i felt a energy at my balls u know where when u wanna activate ur kundalini energy that u squeeze ur muscle . its like exact or similar place to PC muscle.
i just felt i was pinned down at that place and felt fear all over entire body like i was dead...
instantly i woke up ...
i was laying on my bed with both hands wrap around my body... i was too sacred to even move...for the next 10 minutes. finally i got the courage or come back to sense to even move and quickly open the lights..

my gosh.... what the fuck =_= felt so ..weird
i was so tired my eyes kept on closing on me but i cant even fall alseep so i just came to the computer.... still feeling some sort of fear... holy shit...
didnt even feel close to this fear when i was almost hit by a car ...
