Quote:Interesting... thanks a lot for letting me know, i have never realized anything like this before...
i ran the exact same program about a year ago but i think a different level of the program though.
i wasnt on any subliminal at the time or any other brain involvement . I ran that program every single day. for months ...
Never had the headaches or dizziness afterwards or anything even close...
so if thats the case that you are talking about having negative effects... what is the benefits of running brainwave entraining and sit there and "meditate" for 30 minute.. ????
All things in moderation. Too much of a good thing is not a good thing. Even with meditating, if you spend too much time in an altered state, you will stay there when you should not be. That's why some people report feeling "zoned out" as a result of meditating: they do it to excess and they have a hard time balancing their brainwave state correctly after that. But there are benefits to be had by doing it in moderation, or balancing the effects so you don't train yourself to stay in an unwise state forever.
Quote:im guessing its good to be in those states for 30-60 minutes and get the benefits of it ??
then right afterwards run Beta wave for 10 minute to get back to the normal state ?
It depends on how much and how often you use the altered states. If you don't overdo it, you won't train yourself to remain in an altered state, and you would not need to re-entrain the Beta state afterward. There are benefits to be had whether you re-entrain Beta or not, as long as you balance your usage so that you don't train your brain to stay in alpha or theta too much.
