What I wanted to say is that subliminals don’t make millions now. When you make subliminals a multimillionaire business then there will be a race for big companies to get where you are and they will invest millions to get it. And this is almost completely a fact. I guess that any of your competitors has this kind of financing now.
I don’t know how complex are your subs, and if you are the only one in the world that can find this technology. May be the competence will not be as good as you, but they will be so much better than now.

You cannot know what will happen when I make subliminals a million dollar business. I can tell you, I will not be the first, though. There is at least one other person who has already done it. He is a self made multi-millionaire and has been since the 1980's at least.

Did the world go crazy when he did it? No. In fact nobody noticed. Or cared.

No matter what I do, my competitors will do their best to improve as long as it is easy enough to, of that I am sure. I am and will remain unconcerned because I know that throwing money at something does not make it magically happen. You can research and develop all you like, with multiple millions of dollars in capital backing you, but unless you follow the same path I followed, you won't get the same results. More funding only means more options, but in the end, you must find what I have found to get what I have gotten. And you won't do that no matter what amount of money you throw at the problem unless you are thinking in the right directions. Nobody else is...

You are not realistic thinking that you are going to be hired for the US Government and you will do what you like. Probably you will be the first man in earth to do it. You will do what they want you to do, like everyone else there, if you love your life, family and friends. If the the government is run for big companies the subliminals are not going to be to help the crowd.

I disagree with you, and that it is for you to say what is realistic. I may know something you don't. What I do know is that it is very likely that I will be acting as, or with, a government contractor in the future, and that they will be paying me for the right to use my technology to help with things like overcoming PTSD. As a contractor, I do what I like. As long as I give them what they want, they don't care how I do it. And as a contractor it is my choice to work for them or not. Threatening my family isn't going to do much for them, because it's much easier to just pay me to get what they want - and there's not enough importance attached to what I'm doing to make it something worth threatening me over. But I'll tell you this. I don't take kindly to threats, they are not how to get me to cooperate.

Yes I have fears, because I know it is so probably that it will be mass mind controlling. I think you are doing it right now with the copyright. I am not judging the quality of it, just the existence of it. You say with the copyright that you are teaching, but this is not teaching, you don’t let people choose what they want to believe, think or do when you suggest something, you force them. You change other people thinking because they don’t think like you and it is not benefiting you. You don’t have the truth because the truth is in the eyes of the holder, so you are imposing your believes against the other people no matter how right you think you are.

I think your fears are clouding your judgement. As for my internal antipiracy, you are in error in two directions. First, the truth is not in the eyes of the beholder. If it was, I would not have trouble paying bills if enough people didn't pay me. They pirate my stuff because it works, and through their eyes, they think they are entitled to benefit from my work without paying me. So your argument here is based on faulty logic. The truth is, when I don't get paid for my time, but someone else benefits from it, I lose. That does not change because someone else chooses to delude themselves into believing that piracy is a victimless crime. Or that for whatever reason, benefiting from my work without paying me for it doesn't make a difference. Self delusion doesn't change the facts, and the facts come out as dollar signs when people steal from me. Just ask any bank if they mind if you wander off with their money "because it really doesn't make a difference" and see how far you get.

The other aspect of your argument here is that I am forcibly brainwashing people to believe what I want them to believe. That is false. They use my programs because they choose to, and therefore they are neither being forced or brainwashed. Furthermore, to educate someone as to the validity of the value of my time, effort, expertise and work being just as valuable as their own, and therefore deserving of their payment if they use and benefit from my programs is not forcing them to pay for it.

If I wanted to, I could put programming in to force people to pay for my stuff if they pirate it. If I wanted to, I could do a lot of nasty negative things to people who do that. But instead I chose to educate them, and then let them make their own choices.

So here, Larry, you can claim I am wrong all you like, but the fact remains that I have gone out of my way to prevent any of my customers from being negatively impacted specifically because I value my customers and I understand that taking away free will is not a good thing. If you don't like it, either don't use it, or don't pirate it. Nobody is forcing anyone to do either. But I guarantee you that my antpiracy scripting is making the world a better place because people are coming to understand through it that an exchange of fair value is essential for everyone's benefit.

If you now buy a discography and you sell music cd’s, will you introduce a subliminal copyright protection? Well, at least you can put it the same as you use in subliminals. This will be fair. So if a discography comes to you to buy your copyright to introduce it in their cd’s, would you sell it to them?

If I was approached, I would consider it, but I don't know what I would do because it hasn't happened. I do know that I would not be willing to release anything that I would not mind having used on me. That's part of why my approach is education, not guilt, shame and fear.

And then it could be another good subliminal producer that thinks that it’s ok to put guilt in the copyright. His goal can be not to harm people like in your case and it’s understandable to make people feel guilt, fear and shame for stealing. And this is his truth too. Then if they have a supermarket and people steal them it will be ok to put speakers with a copyright protection with that. It should be fair too. And all business can use his subliminal copyright.

If you think at least some other subliminals producers are not already doing this, you're fooling yourself. The reason I don't use negatives is because negatives are harmful. Guilt, shame, fear and taking away free will are not options for me because of that.

Stores often use subliminals for anti-theft purposes already. It's apparently quite effective, although I'm quite sure you'd prefer my approach to someone else's.

This is only copyright, it could be more excuses to put subliminal messages with great arguments. We don’t want bad people in society. There are cameras in the streets to see us, why not subliminals in public places or services. Why not put everywhere you can a subliminal for being a good citizen. If you are a good person why you have to complain? This is mass mind controlling. I don't see the limits and the consequences of it! People will lose their freedom, we are going to be like robots if it happens.

We are bombarded with mind control every day. TV, radio, magazines, movies, video games, religion, politicians and many other sources work to control the masses all the time. But the majority of us can still think. If it were as you claim, you wouldn't be able to fear what you do. It is the "true believers" of any group you need to watch out for.

Part of why I don't participate in a lot of the "luxuries" of the modern world, or I participate in a limited capacity, is that they are forms of mind control. People who watch Fox News all the time tend to believe whatever Fox News tells them. People who watch CNN News all the time do the same thing. The issue becomes worse when you realize that every news source is telling you what their owner wants you to hear. What is the truth? When you can no longer tell, it's time to turn off the news.

They'll never make us robots.

I am not saying let people steal us, but finding ways to avoid it without introducing anything in their minds. If I were you I would have a copyright but only concerning with the subs and not all the stuff in general. You had to close once because people were not respecting your work and sell your products trough ebay. Even for me it’s not ethically correct, I would do it because in this case the end justify the means, you goal deserve it.

If you were me, you would do what I'm doing that you're complaining about, but in a slightly different manner. What's the difference? Is piracy of my stuff any different than piracy of someone else's stuff? To differentiate between my stuff and Joe's stuff is to require me to take measures to accomplish my goal that go beyond what I want to do. You can not teach a man to fish without him learning how to catch all kinds of fish. Likewise, you cannot teach a man how piracy is harmful without impacting his piracy for all products.

I had to close my ebay shop because I had painted myself into a corner, not expecting to become that successful. And because ebay was raising their prices, and because I had a lot of competitors with slick advertising that made people think their stuff was more advanced, effective, etc. and they were selling it for significantly less. It had nothing to do with people pirating my work. But my competitors were taking every idea I had, and using it against me - while I was making my ideas known.

"Subliminals don’t do anything, you do it". Well this is half true. You cannot do it without them, you are unlocking the mind power "artificially", like hacking the mind. Is like saying that a health pill don’t do anything. Well the body reacts to it, so it is doing something.

I didn't say subliminals don't do anything. If they didn't, there would be no money to be made selling them. Subliminals guide you in how to change your beliefs toard their goal. If you cooperate, you are doing the rest.

You can do this without subliminals. Affirmations, creative visualization, hypnosis, NLP, brainwashing, and a lot of other methods work too. It's just easier using subliminals.

This has gotten significantly off topic. Let's get back to this being my BAMM 2.0 journal thread, shall we?
