My cellphone shows a similar structure on the spectrum analyzer as my studio monitors- peak around 18khz. I do hear some mild crackling in it though and its obviously not stereo. Crackling goes away if I turn the volume down a little and the spectrum analyzer still shows the audio.
I'm not going to count on it but when I'm sitting around unable to listen to it in a better way, I'll use the cellphone.
