I always get that experience mid-way through Alpha Male into stage 4 as well where I feel like it's not doing a thing. But this time around I hit the same feelings at the same point you did. For me, stage 3 didn't do a whole lot, in stage 4 though I noticed a lot of changes coming together. Different for me from previous versions.
I also noticed I was getting a lot more fed up and angry in stages 3 and 4 as well. For me, most of the arguments stem from whatever issues I am battling with. I had crazy jealousy issues in stages 3 and 4 so I argued with my ex a lot. I also felt that I wasn't be treated high value and that made me really angry as well. When you bring your problems out and you begin to battle with them, it seems you try to prove that your negative feelings are wrong and that anyone that disagrees with you is seen as a threat to that. It's your ego. It'll calm down.
