The simple answer is that they are different in that one is specifically going after fear alone, and one is trying to kill the tangled mess that is a combination of the three. It depends on your situation as to which one is best for you. If you have issues with guilt and shame, fear destruction will be much better by taking on all three at once. If not, fear destruction by itself will be more focused.
