I'm really happy to see you doing this set K. Get as much exposure as possible.
If I have one tip, as it is day 1, write down (or mentally note) where you are right now (mentally, emotionally, physically, psychologically, etc) and be as thorough and as honest as you can be with yourself. This way you'll be able to spot any change you've made from now, to 32 days from now, to 6 months from now.
