I don't believe that you can have something that will give you zero discomfort when making big changes. Big changes are uncomfortable, they can bring up fear and other stuff and it's never going to be fully smooth. But it is definately worth it.

Sometimes discomfort is necessary. Sometimes it is specifically how the soul prefers to learn a given lesson. Sometimes, it is possible to bypass. It depends on the situation.
I am working on making it as easy as possible, but sometimes easy isn't the right way.
