At some point, after running 4 loops on a saturday and 4 on sunday, I encountered extreme verbal agression and heavy manipulation the next monday, from a toxic person.
This happened 2 times. 1st in the afternoon and 2nd when I came back in the evening.
1st time, in the afternoon I was able to stand up for myself a little bit more than I usually do with this person. That might be due to fear removal (Although the situation still affected me heavily).
In the evening (when 2nd 'attack' happened), I didn't respond.
Until all this happened, I believe the reflection shield was able to prevent most conflicts with other people (not always but I felt protection in some instances).
I was wondering what the explanation could be, why it didn't work in this case, causing so much negativity and pain to 'get through'. Not preventing it, not reflecting it back?
