I give instructions for 15 click Android phones, 16 click iPhones and then a percentage value for all other options. If your phone uses 16 clicks, just use the iPhone instructions. 16 clicks is 16 clicks. And if all else fails, use the percentage.

It’s hard to explain, but I’ve been wanting to stay indoors unless I really have to go out, and when I do, it’s fine. After running hybrid, I woke up feeling confident again—like I was ready to socialize, even though I don’t usually do that. ? I haven’t stuck with hybrid yet because I wanted to get your input. If it’s cool, can I keep running it until April 12th, giving it a full two months?
Since switching back to ultrasonic, I’m trying to pinpoint the confident feeling—it’s like a spark in my head. Normally, interactions drain me unless I know the person, but not when I’m feeling confident. Hope this helps.
One more thing: I run the sub before bed, and I had a vivid, strange dream (night after the hybrid loop). I can’t remember it now, but it stood out. Maybe I should try not running it right before bed? I’m not too bothered by bad dreams, though. I’m also wondering if I ran hybrid before this, but I can’t quite remember. Sorry! Hope this helps.
To summarize: I ran hybrid once 3 or 4 days ago and once earlier in March, but I can’t quite recall. I’ve been feeling the dip since early March, but in comparison to when I first ran the sub, I felt mega confident and social. When I ran hybrid 3-4 days ago, I woke up feeling like I did when I first started the sub.
