Did you happen to read the instructions?

Yes, I did. I use headphones when I sleep. I live in a noisy area. You don't have instructions for those. Probably you don't need them where you are. The ultra track can't be use with headphones. Any suggestions?

I'm guessing you are saying that you use headphones to help you fall asleep at night because of the noise. 

You're not going to have issues because you live in a noisy area, especially using ultrasonic.  I have done experiments that prove that even in nightclub-level noise, next to the speakers, the subconscious can pick up and understand ultrasonic format with ease.

We don't typically provide instructions for headphones because A) you shouldn't be using headphones with ultrasonics, and B) the volume is different between speakers and headphones, and C) once you introduce headphones, there are too many variables for me to be able to accurately guide you to a good sound level.

If you didn't get good results from Masked format, that's most likely going to mean that either you had the volume wrong or the Masked format is too gentle an approach for you.

I recommend that you play Ultrasonic through phone speakers as instructed, when you are not trying to fall asleep at the same time.  Maybe after breakfast or something like that.
