Hi Shannon, i havent been using the products for a while after we didnt manage to have much luck in the past, but im starting osc for now with hearing aids in and through phone speaker, its playing by the speakers not direct into my ears with hearing aids.

I do want to try the x4a-1600, but i am wondering would it still work when i have a cochlear implant and those devices in. I will end up needing a few months to adjust to sounds again but since subliminal it shouldnt matter about what i can physically hear since can use ultrasonic too. But since its something thats implanted under the skin will that make the subliminal any less effective or it should still work?

Hi, Josh, welcome back.

Audiology to that degree is outside my areas of education, so I really don't know the answer to your question.  The best we can do is have you try OSC and see what happens.  You'll want to ask your audiologist these questions.  The ultrasonics are sounding in a range between 15 kHz and 20 kHz, centered on 17.5 kHz.
