Hi @Shannon , I am using the X4A-1600, I am listening following the second instruction. I am not a virgin, inexperienced etc, but I am still not sure so I am following the second instruction (45 min). Will this affect my results? 



Or is the program pushing to achieve its goals and I'm muddying the waters by asking such a small and silly question to escape? lol.

If you don't have unusual difficulty getting to relationships and sex, then 45 minutes is going to give you enough intensity in the aura it produces that you will probably have two things happen:

1. It will scare away many of the women who would otherwise respond, and
2. It will tend to attract the more aggressive women, who may not be the most attractive.

The reason virgins and the inexperienced are directed to follow the 45 minutes is that for them, the program has to work through the reasons for their inexperience, and that's usually fear and negative self image.  It also has to project hard and intensely enough to get women to respond and act through these men's less obvious responses.

For men who don't have these issues, 15 minutes works much better because they will not resist projection, so the program doesn't need to break through resistance or project so intensely that the women are more aggressive in their responses.

You will end up defeating yourself if you use the wrong set of instructions.

By the way, you included the 'horniness' effect in the program description, seriously, I have never experienced such a 'productive horniness' (towards the goals of the program) in previous X4A's. So far I haven't achieved any mind blowing results, I just finished day 4. But I can feel that this program is doing something different to me, I can't describe exactly what it is in words, but I can really feel it. It seems to be changing something interesting that I haven't seen before from any program including DMSI. I think the power of 6G is real!

Indeed it is.  There's a reason it took 13 years to develop and optimize. And in the future, you're going to see a lot more of it.
