It was good using the subs on my mp3 player and speakers since the mp3 player has a simple non digital screen and it doesn't hurt my eyes. But looking at my phone screen before bed stops me from sleeping and i'm sensitive to it so i'm trying to find another solution.
Obviously listening through the day is one solution, but I prefer night and find it's better with dreams and such so i'm hoping there's an app that could do this.
Here's a possible solution.
Set a timer for an hour before bed, or however long you need without phone screen time to be able to fall asleep. Then start your playlist then. You can create and use a silence track that will go first, and which would have your subliminal start playing when you go to bed, or whenever after that you prefer.
Thanks Shannon, that's a good idea that I didn't think of. I wonder if audacity or a similar program can generate silent audios. I'll have a look.
