I just purchased and listened for the first time to TMPO (Time Management & Priority Optimization).
Since COVID I have had trouble staying motivated and taking action, two of the goals for this Sub, so I am hoping and praying that it actually works for me!
Also, a couple of questions:
1) I can't find any journals or comments on the forums about this Sub-- I would have loved to see how others have used it and succeeded with it. But I can only find your original introductory post. If there are comments about this sub, please link me to them, I'd love to see reviews and experiences of it. I am so desperate to overcome this motivational issue that I went ahead and bought it. I had been waiting for the Black Friday sale only to find out that it wasn't going to be eligible for a discount... I just should have purchased it sooner.
We have never put on sale anything in the latest generation of technology. So far, to my surprise, TMPO has not been very interesting to most people, apparently if the sales numbers are an indication. Not many have purchased it, and nobody has commented on it.
Quote:2) Why is it 60 minutes long when you only are supposed to listen to 30 minutes of it? That's really tricky when you're listening to the first 30 minutes. Should I edit the file and split it in two or would that 'break' it? I don't have a player that has the option of only playing 30 minutes of the sub. Or is the second 30 minutes the same as the first 30? So should I start in the middle and listen to the end? Very confusing and inconvenient...
I do this because it is much more flexible. First, it allows me to be more precise in certain aspects of building the program audio, and second, it allows you to easily use more or less if it turns out that you need to in order to to get the best results.
It is simple to trim off the excess, but the problem that then arises is that you must save the file again, and no matter what I say or do, someone is going to do that incorrectly and destroy the subliminal audio within the subliminal by doing so. It also makes it impossible for me to know why if something doesn't work as intended. And for these reasons, it voids your option for a refund, because it may be that you unknowingly destroyed the subliminal and then I have no way of knowing that.
So... I just do 60 minute blocks. That may change in 6G.
Quote:3) Is there some 'auto-config' in this one? After the first 30 mins, I REALLY wanted to listen to the second 30 as well.
Yes. AutoConfig is standard.
Quote:4. I have an iPhone 8 that I typically use to listen to subs. (I can leave it in airplane mode and use my iPhone 13 for texts and phone calls, since even junk calls will stop the playing of a subliminal) I initially used the Hybrid so I could gauge the level of the sound and even keeping it in my hand or right next to me I could barely hear the ocean, is it possible I need to crank up the volume a bit?
First, you should never use Hybrid unless the other two formats don't work for you. Hybrid is usually too much impact and therefore for most cases will not work as well as Ultrasonic, or barring that, Masked format.
Second, you should be following the directions on the product page for exactly how to play it and use Ultrasonic format unless you for some reason do not get results from ultrasonic format, which is rare. The instructions at the bottom of the product description tell you exactly what volume to use for an iPhone.
Quote:5. I loved SARM, I used it for over a year with only a couple breaks, but a while back it just stopped having the pronounced effect it used to have and I couldn't tell anymore if I had been using it or not. Is it possible that I've just 'gotten used to it' or that it has made permanent changes and I will no longer 'feel it'? (of course I stopped using this regularly a couple weeks ago in preparation for TMPO)
I would need to know specifically how you were using it to answer that.
Quote:6) Finally, would you like me to start a journal of my experience? I don't feel the need to do so at this point but if you would find it useful, I would be glad to keep track of my experience on the forums.
A big part of the reason the forum exists, which people seem to have forgotten, is so that I can get feedback on whata users are experiencing so I vcan find areas of weakness and improve the products. I would love it if you kept a journal.

P.S. As I continue looking for more info on TMPO, I ran across a reference to a temporarily available SARM v.2! I am SO bummed I missed my chance at that!!! SARM 1 has been my favorite sub (and I've bought many of them). A souped up version would have been just what the doctor ordered.... @Shannon if you ever think you might share with long term SARM fans, please include me... RonO
Unfortunately, you have forever missed your opportunity to buy a copy of SARM v2.1-B. However, at some point in the future, I will publish v3.x. I did publish an email detailing that SARM v2.1-B was available at the beginning of last month, so you either need to subscribe to our newsletter, or you need to have our emails routed out of the Spam folder.
I have to do what I say I will do, and I told everyone in the beginning that this was never going to be made available again after it was taken down, so that's what's happening. But there will be a v3.x published at some point most likely in the latter half of 2025.
