I've had episodes when subliminals have triggered heart palpitations for me, but it has always been a passing thing, which I have attributed to either an emotional reaction to the subliminal, or an energy release that has "bubbled up" to the heart energy center. Even if it has been uncomfortable at times I didn't get the feeling it was "dangerous". I guess similar to the same way that a panic-attack in itself isn't dangerous, just an emotional reaction to some kind of stimuli.
