With ME the more you use it the bigger your member will grow and there's no limit in theory.  Will the new overcome premature ejaculation be sort of the same.  The more we use it the longer and longer we will last? Or is it capped at a certain limit?

Is there a minimum limit the sub will try to get us to? For example get us to last at least 10 minutes/15 minutes etc?

OPE will be aimed at allowing you to last as long as you choose to, and then you release as you desire.  Not every man is going to want to last the same amount of time, and not every woman is going to want endless sex.  It therefore has to adjust to the couple, which means his conscious judgement and desire is the key.
