Cycle 2 (Day 12 - 7 Days on - 2~4 loops)
After 7 consecutive days of listening without a break, today I was forced to take a day off as my inner state seemed confused about when to continue listening or take a rest.
Autoconfig in DMSI worked very clearly, allowing me to decide when to take on days and off days. However, with EHPRA, my inner state seems uncertain about when I should listen and when to take a break. I don't feel any headache or fatigue. Just feeling unmotivated the past 2 days.
For the next cycle, I will follow the normal ASRB2 schedule for a while.
