So in retro respect my idea of using DMSI and stopping SM3 midway was not bad... Stopped because told shouldn't stop SM3 midway

Maybe back when started I could get something from 1 month  DMSI subscription after all?

I'm writing this because I didn't receive the refund for that yet because of "technical issues".

So I'm still waiting for it...

I thought to myself
If I do choose to go with E6 subscription - could I use the DMSI subscription refund for it ?

I just don't want it to be forgotten

It hasn't been forgotten.  I was actually going to work on that next.  We are working through some things that are in the way.  If you don't mind getting your refund as a gift certificate, I can issue it without delay.  Otherwise, if you can find the order number for your subscription purchase, I can look into that as well, but it may not be quite as fast.
