I haven’t used EPHRA 5.75G, but I have used 5.75G. 5.75G works great, but the difference between 5.75G and 5.11G is night and day. To me I’d rather spend the 450 dollars and get way better results in less time. I remember you expressing your impatience about your age and the results you want, so I would say spend the money if you can afford it. Money is replaceable, time is not.
EHPRA 5.11G is a product I can recommend wholeheartedly. It can be an unforgiving sub though so keep that in mind. It’s not for someone who isn’t committed to real transformation that can be painful at times. You’ll likely doubt if it’s worth continuing while running it because you’re paying the price up front for the reward on the backend. Most great things in life are like that, I’ve noticed.

E5 and E6 are very different because the technology development between them is vastly different. It's not apparently how big a deal the difference is because the point values after the major number are usually associated with minor releases. But the numbers after the major number - .75.3 in the case of E5 and .11 in the case of E6 - are actually eight (8!) generations of technology apart. And I don't start building in a new generation until I have major changes and improvements to make.
I made E5 free because I don't want you to think I'm just trying to sell you more stuff. It is a great program, and sold well for years at $240 a copy, IIRC. But it's not 5.11G, and it will be slower, less powerful, less effective, less optimized and less easy to handle. If you don't want to spend more money because you haven't gotten good results so far, I totally get it, and in that case I recommend E5.
If, on the other hand, you don't mind spending more money and you value your time and want this to be as easy a journey as possible, then E6 is more thn worth the price. As you have seen multiple others testify.
But you have to finish what you start. Jumping around is not going to solve your problem. Pick one course of action and stick with it to the end. The only reason I am willing to let you off the hook with finishing SM3 is because you're stonewalling. Flexibility isn't what you want here. It's results. And you don't get results by not following the instructions, or jumping around.
So because I'm stonewalling the suggestion is to stop SM3 and do E5/6.
How long should I wait before starting?
I think E would be better than letting go of fear shame and guilt because I probably have some traumas to deal with and general mental issues I'm not calm.
I think E can make the user calmer? And it's more general
Yes I have fear too I guess I'm not completely fearless
So I don't know which one would be better to run
Anyway I need instructions on how long to wait between stoping and starting something else.
If you change subliminals, for moving on from 5G, wait a week or two and then start the next program.
