or take a break, and do a different subliminal title?

If you take the break, when you listen to SM3 again...
you will have to start over and still do 6 months to get results from SM3.

I mean I am on stage 4 right now
To finish SM3 will take at least 3/4 months (might do stage 7 as well)

I do feel I'm spinning my wheels with no benefits 
However I have a feeling Shannon would advise to finish SM3 nonetheless before trying E5.75/6 or AM6 again 
It's funny I actually had more results with AM6 which I was very frustrated with because I looked for something else with it. Nonetheless AM6 was not bad and did effect me somehow.

I will not jump on E6 if Shannon doesn't see it as an option.
If it is and if I can choose then I'll have to make a choice.

I am waiting for him yo respond 
Meanwhile I'm counting SM3 without any much results but I will not stop until I understand if I can.
Last time I've stopped it for 1 day changing to DMSI only to be told I cannot do that.
I will not be falling to that trap again.

I do start to realize the foundation building Shannon talks about had to do with E5 that is on AM6 that's why maybe he advised to run it few times.
Basically what I get from it is without E5/6 other 5G subliminals like SM3 will not work for people who have a strong will.

So that even gives another option 
If I am allowed to stop SM3 midway
I even can just run AM6 again without running E5.75/6

But still I'm not looking for what I can do

I'm asking what Shannon would do instead of me
What would be the ideal route to take
