Okay. So how much would you recommend, as an estimate, to save up? 1.500 USD minimum - 6.500 USD maximum? I'd like to know as I make my money in potato currency which is 4.5 per dollar at current exchange rates so setting the funds aside would be a necessity (for me, at least - the minimum monthly wage around here is about 1000 USD/month, I make a bit more, but still).

I won't know what the price is until shortly before it gets published.  Only then do I have a stable enough option for accurately calculating it.  DMSI v5 will be a Premium, and it will be at least $1,500.  Beyond that, I unfortunately don't know enough to guide you.
