X4A seems to be the only sub that I’ve run that makes me completely uninterested in watching porn and masturbating

Is there any reason you can think of as to why that may be

Is there something in it that’s directing me to avoid it or does it happen to be the only sub that I am not resisting in any way?

Based on my testing of X4A, I can suggest that if you lose interest in sex, then you will have an "excuse" to not execute.  I have noted that my own experience has shown an effort to manipulate my desire to have sex as a way my resistant parts try to stop from having to execute the rest of the script so that I will not threaten my existing relationship.  This works to some degree, but not perfectly, but it seems a reasonable idea to consider for what you're saying you're experiencing.  I'm steadily working that out of the list of options for resistance.
